Spent most of the day rebuilding two PC’s. One had a problem with the network drivers and reinstalling didn’t help so I just had to rebuild it. My other PC I swapped to a bigger HHD and used Clonezilla to backup the content from the old HHD and restored it on the new HHD.
Below is a summary of today’s main activities, tasks and accomplishments:
- Met up with a friend from Uni days to discuss opportunities and catch up
- Had dinner with the in laws

Today, I did a fitness workout which consistent of the below exercises:
- Rowing – 500m, 10x burpes, 500m, 10x burpes, 500m, 10x burpes, 500m, 10x burpes
- Lat pulldown 12x 70, 10x 80, 10x 90, 10x 110, 6x 140,
- 10x pull ups
- Barbell Curls Half Reps – 5 Bottom, 5 Top, 5 Full (40 pounds straight bar, 45 pounds straight bar (the 50 pounds was missing), 65 pounds straight bar)
- 10x pull ups
- Dumbell Hammer, Side, Front Raise Alternating, Front Sideway, Lateral Raise – 10x 17.5kg, 10x 20kg, 10x 22.5
- Total of 3 set – Reverse crunch 10x, 60 second plank, 30 second left side plank, 30 second right side plank
- Run – 4:47 @ 12 km/h and 14km/h last minute
