HOW TO CHANGE OR REPLACE AN IMAGE IN POWERPOINT

This might be something very simple to do, but I was stumped when I needed to change and replace an existing image in Microsoft PowerPoint. I basically needed to keep the image frame design and layout the same and just change the image. I thought I’d just write the instructions down in case I forget how to do this and I hope that it may help you as well.

• Open the PowerPoint file with the image

• Click on the image you want to change and under Picture Format, you will see the Change Picture button

When the screen is minimised or if you have a smaller resolution screen, you will not see the Change Picture text and it will just display the button image then select the new picture

Hello everybody in this video I’m going to show you how to change an image that is in the picture frame in Powerpoint so let’s get started I already have an image here that is in a picture frame so if you double click on this you see that is you can change the different styles and you can also change the colours So just imagine you want to just change the image you want to keep the frame and all the other stars the same but you just want to change this image within this picture frame the way to do this is you click on change picture let’s change the picture let’s go with this one here now you can see that all the other settings for the picture frame has remained and that’s it Now it might not be so obvious that does the icon because if you minimize this you will see that you only see these icons and it’s not very obvious and it’s the signal icon here change the picture so that’s if you want to replace the selected picture while maintaining the size and the position of the picture object.
