Life has its ups and downs. Sometimes you need that little push or motivation to get you going again. One of the hardest things I found is to have that self-motivation to do the things you know you need to do… but sometimes can’t. Whether it’s hitting the gym, working on your business, working on family relationships or for some people just getting up from their bed and going to work. As an Entrepreneur, finding the drive and the motivation is a challenge for many of us and sometimes we do need those external forces to help us achieve our goals. I’ve been listening to some audio tracks which does exactly that – give you some motivation to accomplish your goals. Here’s a list I’ve been using from Spotify:
I occasionally listen to this when I hit the gym or when I go for a run – it also helps me push myself to hit the gym and go for runs.
