Today we went to Millones for my mother in law’s birthday dinner. We ordered quite a lot of food, but I made sure there were no leftovers. Luckily, I had a big workout today!
Below is a summary of today’s main activities, tasks and accomplishments:

Today, I did a fitness workout which consistent of the below exercises:
- Farmer walks x2, ball slams, skipping, squats with sandbags, hammer on tyre, kettle bell swings, battle rope one hand at a time
- Lunge walks, 3 press 3 rows, skipping, squats, tyre flips, kettle bell swings, battle ropes double hands
- Sprints with 6 bags and return, over shoulder balls, thrusters, skipping, squats with sandbag, hammers on tyre, kettle bells, battle ropes
- Sprint relays x8
At the gym in the afternoon I did these exercises:
- 2km rowing
- 10 pull ups
- Pull down 10x 70 pounds, 8x 90,
- 10 pulls
- Rope triceps pulldown 10x 30, 10x 33, 10x 37, 10x 40
- Tricep extensions 10x 33, 10x 37, 10×40
- Rope to face 10x 30, 10x 33, 10x 37, 10x 40
- One arm side extension 10x 3, 10x 3, 10x 4, 10x 4
- 10 pullups, 2 x 10 dips
- Crunches x150
