Wow, how time flies so fast. It’s been 3 years since I started running at least 5 KM per day. You can read my full journey here: RUNNING EVERY DAY This year had its challenges as I caught COVID but still managed to run. I just had very mild symptoms. What I learn through this running journey is that I need to be grateful for the body that I have. During these 3 years, I can say that I have run the same route for about 80% of my runs. Most people will find this boring, but I just find it grateful to be able to see the ever-changing landscapes, friends, family, strangers, animals and the weather during these runs.

During these runs, I’ve also been listening to many podcasts, audiobooks and courses from LinkedIn learning.
Here’s a list of audiobooks I have finished listening to:
- Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins
- Endure by Cameron Hanes
- Atomic Habits by James Clear
- Win Fast by Simon Reynolds
- How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
- The Barefoot Investor (updated 2019) by Scott Pape
- Choose Possibility by Sukhinder Singh Cassidy
- The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey
- How I Built This by Guy Raz

The top 4 b audiobooks listed helped me to keep my motivation and dedication to doing something every day.
I’ve also completed almost 100 LinkedIn learning courses and found some of these to be very useful.
I don’t have all the stats of how many KM’s I’ve been running for the past 3 years but just for this year I’ve ran 1963 km and spent 181 hours running. My current all-time distance on Strava is 7953 km.

I generally run after waking up and by the time I get back my mind is clear and ready for the Advertise Me work that is planned for the day.
You would be surprised to know that I’ve been running all these years on a Vegan diet and you can check out Veggie Meals for some recipes.
If you’re looking for running shoes check out Fashion 4 Shoes and hopefully you will find the right running shoes.
