I went early this morning to my son’s school so I could buy him a new bomber jacket since the old one was passed down to my daughter. When I went to the shop in the morning it was closed and upon inspection of the time when it was open it was actually in the afternoon. So in the afternoon, I went there with my kids and a friend who also wanted to buy something for his daughter and we both realised they only accept cash. I hardly carry any cash around because I always have a gut feeling I would lose my wallet and it’s also easier to track when paying by card. I ended up borrowing some money from my friend which was a bit embarrassing but luckily I’ve known him for ages. I couldn’t believe a bomber jacket costs $42… wow.
Below is a summary of today’s main activities, tasks and accomplishments:
- Created some social media accounts for the new affiliate website. I haven’t officially launched the website as I’m tweaking a few things
- Had an online chat with a potential client who registered on Social Wall
- Started using a tool to increase Instagram followers and it appears to be working. It’s on a trial at the moment for 30 days and it’s gaining followers by linking images based on hashtags

- Shoulder shrugs – 10x 90 pounds, 10x 90 pounds, 10x 90 pounds, 10x 90 pounds
- 10x pullups
- Deadlift – 10x 90 pounds, 10x 100 pounds, 10x 110 pounds,
- Squats – 10x 130 pounds, 8x 140 pounds, 6x 150 pounds
- 10x pullups
- Leg press – 10x 180 pounds, 10x 180 pounds, 10x 180 pounds
- Crunches – x150
- Run 1km at 5:06 at 12km/h
