I can’t believe another year has gone by so quickly. If you’ve been following my digital journey, you should know by now I’ll be doing an annual review and also setting some goals for 2025. One of the things I don’t regularly do is check the goals for the year and see if I’m on track. I do plan to track this using a tool to make sure I know how I’m progressing. Here’s a summary of my reflections for 2024.
These were my reflections:
– Cherish and nurture relationships with family and close friends
– Practice active listening and be fully present in conversations
– Own up to mistakes and sincerely apologise when needed
– Cultivate patience, both with others and yourself
– Smile more and share positivity
– Find joy in the simple things life offers
– Prioritise a healthy body, mind, and soul through self-care and balance

Looking at the goals from the previous year, I didn’t manage to hit ANY of these goals and it was probably because I wasn’t tracking them.
- Business – generate an additional $10k in monthly revenue
- Side project – launch a course on building affiliate stores and launch another website/app
- Fitness – learn how to do a handstand and take 5 hand steps without falling
- Health – improve my sleep. I have been monitoring my sleep and it’s poor

I didn’t launch any new courses but I have consistently added new content to various websites such as Build Affiliate Stores and Hype Lab.
I didn’t manage to do the handstand but maybe I will try again this year. In terms of fitness, I still managed to run every day in 2024 and started doing some pull ups, dips and knee raise at an outdoor gym. I’m currently in the 3rd month and here’s my progress:
In terms of sleep, I think I have slightly improved by going to sleep earlier. My sleep rating is still pretty bad so I hope to improve this again.
In terms of content, I have been publishing on social media more frequently and the number of views has significantly increased on TikTok and YouTube:
