There are two email hosting providers I use – one is ZOHO MAIL and the other is GMAIL. I’ve used Gmail for many years and I use this for our Advertise Me email addresses. I use ZOHO MAIL for my personal and other side projects such as Digital Wayfinding Solutions, ePosters and Social Wall. All of these domains have their email addresses hosted on ZOHO MAIL using 1 subscription account. The cost of hosting on ZOHO MAIL is only $1.65 per user per month for 5 GB of email storage. This equates to $19.80 per year and it’s a great price for email hosting. Besides the great pricing, you can host multiple domains using the same account and create domain aliases.
So for example, we have the domains digitalwayfindingsolutions.com.au and socialwall.com.au on the account. The main account is info@digitalwayfindingsolutions.com.au and you can create an alias for info@socialwall.com.au as well.

I also have my personal email account for this domain hosted on Zoho mail as well. If you don’t want to display your personal name on the FROM address, you can do so by following these steps.
- Login to Zoho Mail (https://zohomail.com)
- Click on the settings button (wheel icon) at the top right hand corner or enter https://mail.zoho.com/zm/#settings in the URL

- Click on manage From Addresses

- Click on the primary email or the alias address to change the From address display name

- Change the value in the Display Name (outgoing emails) and then make sure to click on update

- Click on New email and check the From email address.
