I had to do some research about the 5 Constant Virtues and came across this biography video of Confucious that I thought I’d share with you all.
Below is a summary of today’s main activities, tasks and accomplishments:
- Missed out on the morning exercise workout
- Did some reasearch on Confucious teachings

Today, I did a fitness workout which consistent of the below exercises:
- I skipped rowing because all the machines were being used
- Deltoid fly 10x 20kg, 10x 25kg, 10x 30kg, 10x 35kg
- Lat pulldown 10x 7, 10x 8, 10x 9, 8x 10
- Decline bench press – 10x 25 pounds, 8x 35, 6x 40, 8x 40 (I felt a sharp pain on my right hand side palm when I have the bar pressed against this)
- Fly curls – 10x 10, 10x 20, 10x 13, 10x 17
- Assisted pull ups – 10x 5, 10x 4, 10x 3, 8x 2
- Triceps pulldown – 10x 23, 10x 27, 10x 30, 10x 33
- Tricep extensions – 10x 30, 10x 33, 10x 37
- Abs up 10x, 60 second plank, 30 second side plank each side, abs up 10x

After understanding more about the 5 Constant Virtues, I realised that our society today still needs to learn about these virtues to become better people. In some places, they probably need this more than anything else.
