HOW TO USE THE AI FEATURE IN PLANABLE SOCIAL MEDIA SCHEDULER

Planable is a social media content collaboration platform that allows teams to plan, create, and schedule content for their social media accounts. It provides a streamlined workflow that includes content creation, approval, and publishing, all in one place. With Planable, social media managers can create and organize their content calendars, preview their posts, and collaborate with their team members in real time. you can also create workspaces for different companies.

Using Planable for Social Media Scheduling is an effective way to streamline your social media management and like many other products, Planable has an AI feature. You can basically get AI to rewrite and create social media posts which includes social media icons. Here’s a video showing how I use this tool to post social media posts across our Advertise Me social media accounts. This includes social media accounts across Social Wall, Digital Wayfinding and ePosters.

In the post, I added the text Promote this article about our digital signage software with a link to the article. I’m not sure whether the AI feature searches through the article for text to write but the text that is generated by AI does relate to the article. If you’re not happy with the output you do have the option to Make it shorter, Surprise Me, Expand the concept, Make it punchier or retry writing it again. There isn’t a perfect post and I found that sometimes retrying the output does produce better results but you still do have to edit the post to suit your audience.

Planable also guides you through the process of editing the images you attach to the post, as different social media platforms require different aspect ratios. For example, for Instagram has specific dimensions it accepts so with Planable you can edit the photos to make them compliant. There are many edit options which include crop the shape, rotate and flip the image, crop, add filters, fine-tune, annotate, decorate, sticker, frames, react and resize.

I generally use the crop shape feature to quickly change the shape of the photo. There are so many other features and the best thing you can do is try out Planable. If you work in an advertising agency and require approval from your clients before publishing then this social media scheduling tool is perfect for your business.
