- Rowing – 500m, 40 second ball slams, 500m, 40 second ball slams, 500m, 40 second ball slams, 500m, 40 second ball slams
- The rest I forgot to track what I did. But I did squats, front and back extensions

Always have a backup plan – when I fixed the issue with the router, I realised it’s always good to have a backup plan as you may never know what’s going to happen.
