THE BACKUP PROCESS

So I mentioned yesterday I was backing up files from the VPS server and zipping the files is taking so long. There’s about 100GB of data which needs to be zipped and then the zip files need to be FTPed across to another server. It seems to be taking forever and the site has now been down for a good 3 days.

ACTIVITIES

Below is a summary of today’s main activities, tasks and accomplishments:

FITNESS WORKOUT

Today, I did a fitness workout which consistent of the below exercises:

  • Rowing 2km 9:10 – I seem to be getting slower and not pushing as hard
  • Barbell Curls Half Reps – 5 Bottom, 5 Top, 5 Full (40pounds straight bar, 50 pounds straight bar, 65 pounds EZ bar – the 60 pounds bar was missing)
  • Cable overhead tricep extensions – 10x 7.5kg , 10x 11kg,10x 7.5kg
  • Rope pushdown – 10x 7.5kg , 10x 11kg,10x 7.5kg
  • Decline leg raises 10x, 10x
  • Running 1km – 4:57 at 12km/h for 3 min and 2 min at 14km/h

VEGETARIAN FOOD & MEALS
Breakfast

Toasted bread

Lunch

Cereal with Soy Milk

Dinner

Rice with vegetables – I seem to eat more during dinner. Maybe I should reduce the amount I eat for dinner

DAILY REFLECTION 

Don’t cry – I tell my kids the only reason they should cry is if something physically hurts them or if something really bad happens. Crying just to get something shouldn’t happen.
